Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and provide prompt service.
• Manage placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships to secure quotes and solutions.
• Ensure renewal and retention of accounts with proactive service and up-to-date records in AMS360.
• Collaborate with Producers and Senior Client Managers to support client needs and process policy changes.
