Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in West Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Client Manager on the Business Insurance team. You will provide timely service to clients and support Sales Advisors in the sale and servicing of new and existing business.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with carriers, and help quote and market insurance solutions. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Property & Casualty insurance licenses.
• Experience with business insurance, including multiple lines.
• Experience in a client-facing role with relationship-building.
• Ability to manage an established book of business and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Assist with gathering information from clients to quote insurance.
• Assist with marketing new and renewal business to carriers.
• Prepare formal proposals of insurance and assist with presenting to clients.
• Process new and renewal business, and ensure information is submitted accurately and timely.
• Assist Sales Advisors with client coverage reviews, renewal meetings, audits, etc.
• Review insurance policies for accuracy and ensure corrections are made promptly.
• Assist clients with service requests, including answering questions and making changes.
• Act as a liaison between clients and carrier representatives to resolve questions or issues.
