Marsh McLennan is seeking a Client Manager in Minnesota to oversee a diverse book of business, coordinate marketing and proposals, and bind coverage with accuracy. You will serve as the primary client contact, supporting renewal processes and maintaining policy documentation.

The role emphasizes risk management guidance, relationship building with clients and carriers, and collaboration with producers to meet agency goals. A strong service mindset and insurance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, underwriting, commercial lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance company markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and develop healthy relationships internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to negotiate quotations, evaluate client needs, and develop innovative business solutions.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required.
• AAI, CIC, CISR, or CRIS designation preferred
• Some college or higher education

Responsibilities

• Oversee the servicing of a diverse book of business, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of policies and requests.
• Gather and prepare submission information for the marketing process and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and bind coverage.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business, including loss runs and proposal summaries.
• Serve as the primary contact for identified clients and coordinate necessary documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers to enhance loyalty.
• Provide risk management advice and assess client risk programs.
• Work with Producers and cross-functional teams to align client activities and initiatives.
