Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Associate Client Manager for the Business Insurance Select team in Raleigh. You will support client service needs, prepare endorsements and certificates, and assist with audits and applications. Strong attention to detail and prompt communication are essential.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have 2+ years of customer experience, and may hold a P&C license or be able to obtain one within 90 days. Associates or Bachelors degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Two (2) years Customer experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Support BI Select team by meeting the service needs of our clients.
• Prepare endorsements, certificates, audits, applications with accuracy.
• Respond promptly and maintain attention to detail in all client communications.
