Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager in the Business Insurance Select team to manage client relationships and deliver best-in-class service. You will be the primary contact for questions, renewals, and policy changes while supporting growth and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Business Insurance experience, high school diploma, and relevant insurance designations or knowledge. U.S. work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of 3 years Business Insurance experience.
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) and/or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients to provide best in class service and drive growth.
• Serve as the client contact to answer questions, r esolve billing issues, make policy changes while d elivering prompt, courteous, knowledgeable assistance with day-to-day communications, including renewals, certificates, endorsements, etc.
