Job summary

Aptia Insurance Service Group LLC is seeking a Client Manager to serve as the primary client contact, delivering strategic, consultative service for benefit plans while driving client satisfaction. You will oversee 6–8 clients, manage configurations, data readiness, and product/service changes with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with Coordinators and Analysts, mentor staff, and help document best practices. The role emphasizes data integrity and delivery excellence in H&B solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 6+ years in client management roles, preferably in H&B Benefits administration.
• Proven leadership in client and stakeholder engagement with executive presentation skills.
• Strong project governance, planning, and operations management capabilities.
• Experience with data analytics, data reporting, and data validation.
• Familiarity with CRM/D365, D365 F&O, and related workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships across a book of 6–8 clients.
• Configure client benefits implementations, renewals, and mid-year changes.
• Define data strategy and oversee data validation, conversion, and QA.
• Mentor coordinators and analysts on H&B domain and Aptia toolset.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to document best practices and standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables and QA across projects.
