Job summary

The Senior Client Manager will proactively manage client service, renewal activities and administration of Benefits accounts for assigned clients, serving as the primary day-to-day contact.

You will develop partnerships with clients' HR managers, coordinate proposals and enrollment meetings, and ensure accurate paperwork and timely carrier updates.

This role emphasizes strong communication, rigorous data handling, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement new coverages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in group benefits with at least 1+ years in a Client Manager or similar level role.
• Licensed in Arizona Health, Life and Disability (or ability to be licensed within 60 days of employment).
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Ability to conduct education and enrollment meetings (public speaking).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of Benefits accounts and renewals.
• Develop partnerships with clients' HR managers and staff.
• Prepare client proposals and conduct presentations.
• Coordinate implementation of new lines of coverage and carrier changes.
• Prepare employee communications materials such as brochures and payroll aids.
• Conduct education and enrollment meetings at client sites or via webinar.
• Ensure accuracy of all paperwork; report inaccuracies to carriers for correction.
• Attend client meetings and help with planning and execution of services.
