Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance preferred.
• Must understand insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business with accurate policy handling and timely requests.
• Lead gathering and preparation of submission information for marketing and client alignment.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and bind coverage per guidelines.
• Assist in marketing and placement of new and renewal business; finalize proposal summaries.
