Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related technical experience required.
• One year of client management related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement client management systems across Windows, Mac, iOS.
• Configure and sustain client management systems, automation, packaging, patch management, and software distribution.
• Provide troubleshooting and solutions for complex client issues.
• Document changes and communicate progress to field support and teams.
• Organize or lead projects as assigned.
