Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead for enterprise SCCM production environment.

• Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Provide support to ensure reliability, security, and operational excellence.
• Track device health metrics and resolve escalations from Level 1 support.
• Collaborate with KCIT teams and partners on enterprise standards.
• Contribute to modernization of endpoint device management infrastructure.
