Job summary

Seattle Public Schools is seeking an experienced IT professional to design major sections of the enterprise client management environment, including back-end management functions and unified processes district-wide.

You will collaborate with a client management team, share ideas, participate in meetings, and stay current with technology trends while organizing projects and documenting changes for field support and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related technical experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or completion of equivalent training.
• Equivalent work experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement software/hardware and network systems for client management.
• Configure and sustain client management systems and automation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Lead or participate in individual and team projects.
• Document changes and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Provide direction and training on client management processes.
