Job summary

Influential is seeking an experienced Manager, Client Management to be the primary point of contact for campaign execution, representing client needs to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction throughout the campaign.

You will drive campaigns across diverse sectors, collaborating with sales and operations, mentoring juniors, and building strong client relationships while managing timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.
• Ability to see campaign execution process on micro and macro levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; interact professionally with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall success of campaigns across diverse verticals by coordinating with operations and sales teams.
• Guide on best practices based on platform and vertical; anticipate client needs.
• Resolve roadblocks in execution with thoughtful solutions.
• Develop materials for the account management team and improve processes.
• Prepare reports and analyze ad performance; provide optimization recommendations.
• Track workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks in the project management system.
• Organize timelines, concepts, and paid media strategies for campaigns ranging from 1 day to 1 year.
• Maintain knowledge of ad products, specs, guidelines, and asset delivery timelines.
• Educate clients on Influential’s offerings, trends, and technologies.
• Foster strong client relationships and manage monthly billing reconciliation.
• Mentor junior team members and share learnings across Account Management.
