Job summary

Effex Management Solutions is seeking an experienced Client Launch Supervisor – Workforce Operations to support startup of new manufacturing workforce partnerships across the country. The role reports to the Director of Implementation, supervises Implementation Coordinators, and ensures launches progress from planning through onsite stabilization and handoff to regional operations.

This is a hands-on, operational role focused on timing, coordination, and risk management to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume staffing or onsite workforce operations.
• Experience supervising employees, coordinating teams, and leading projects.
• Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, payroll, attendance, compliance, and workforce operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of new client launches from planning through stabilization and handoff.
• Supervise, guide, and coordinate Implementation Coordinators assigned to new client launches.
• Assign priorities and monitor the completion of launch-related tasks and deliverables.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Director of Implementation regarding status and risks.
• Partner with clients and internal departments to establish pay rates, billing requirements, and site procedures.
• Coordinate hiring requirements and onboarding processes for onsite staff.
