Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Senior Director, Operational Strategy & Enablement to lead pre- and post-sale operational strategy, ensuring commitments align with capabilities, product direction, and readiness. You will partner with Operations, Business Development, Product, Training, Technology, and Implementation to drive scalable training and change management, improving launches and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, patient services, or implementation within pharmaceutical hub services, patient support programs, or specialty pharmacy.
• 5+ years of people-leadership experience, including leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Pursuit Support: acts as operational SME for pre- and post-sale cycles and contributes to RFP responses and proposals.
• Training Strategy, Knowledge Transfer & Change Management: designs scalable training strategies and leads knowledge transfer and change-management efforts.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: partners with Operations, Business Development, Product, Training, Technology, and Implementation to align functions.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: advances initiatives, refining operating models and processes to improve launch quality and revenue.
• Other Duties as Assigned: interacts with senior leaders to set strategic plans and objectives.
