TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Support Technician to join our IT team in Logan, UT. This role handles helpdesk calls, documents requests, and resolves Level One end-user problems across software, hardware, and networks.

You will support and train end-users on Microsoft Office and other desktop applications, work with remote access tools, and collaborate with teammates to deliver timely IT solutions while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related IT support experience
• MS or Cisco certification is a plus
• Basic knowledge of current desktop and laptop OS and hardware
• Ability to install Microsoft Office and other desktop applications
• Follows established troubleshooting and process documentation
• Strong communication skills
• Can explain technical information in customer-friendly terms
• Strong reading, documentation and basic math skills are required

Responsabilités

• Provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution in a call center environment.
• Diagnose and resolve Level One software, hardware, and network issues.
• Communicate solutions clearly to end users in simple terms.
• Provide one-on-one end-user training as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams.
• Assist in creating end-user FAQs and support materials.
