Job summary

Epsilon, a global data, technology and services company, is seeking a Creative Technologist in Chicago to bridge creative vision and technical execution. You will automate workflows and build data-driven digital experiences for global brands, reporting to the Senior Director, Creative Technology.

You will collaborate with 100+ designers and engineers, prototype innovative tools, apply AI models, and advance our proprietary platforms, shaping project outcomes from day one.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Git.
• Proficiency prototyping using Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of visual design, typography, and responsive, cross‑platform development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Design, Digital Media, or related coding bootcamp.

Responsibilities

• Mastery of Emerging Tech: advance skills in GSAP, AI frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Proprietary Innovation: prototype next-gen creative tools to keep the agency ahead.
