No prior disability experience is required. You will handle onboarding, scheduling, and maintain professional communication for a seamless client

Qualifications

• Confident, compassionate phone presence for client conversations.
• Strong ability to guide conversations with appropriate pacing.
• Empathetic, professional communication with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with client databases.
• Prior experience in phone-based customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized and deadline‑driven.
