Parmele Disability Advocates in Arkansas is seeking a Client Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients, delivering compassionate support and clear guidance during an important time. This role begins with in‑office training, moves to a hybrid/remote schedule after training, and includes provided company equipment.

No prior disability experience is required. You will handle onboarding, scheduling, and maintain professional communication for a seamless client

This position begins with required in-office training. After successfully completing training, employees transition to a hybrid/remote work schedule. Company equipment is provided upon completion of training.

What You'll Do

As a Client Intake Specialist , you'll create a positive experience for prospective clients through professional communication, active listening, and thoughtful problem-solving.

• Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to foster meaningful connections over the phone
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and consistently meet deadlines
