Stange Law Firm, PC in the St. Louis area is looking for a professional Full-Time Client Intake Assistant in Creve Coeur, MO. You will be the first friendly voice for prospective clients, handling calls, emails, and online chats while guiding them to the appropriate attorney.

The role is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with competitive hourly pay and bonus opportunities. You will support the Client Intake Director and attorneys, maintain confidentiality, and deliver an excellent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients by phone, email, and online chat.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule consultations with attorneys.
• Provide maps, directions, and appointment information.
• Maintain confidentiality and exceptional client service.
