Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience leading a team and delivering strong customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.
• Typing speed ~45 WPM and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Firm's Client Intake Department.
• Communicate with prospective clients by phone, email, and online chat to provide outstanding service and maximize retention.
• Ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Oversee conflicts process and enter data into NetSuite, CaseFox, and other software.
• Prepare and distribute daily conflict reports for attorney consultations.
• Analyze retention rates and provide improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate and schedule consultations for attorneys across the firm.
• Ensure confirmations, directions, and materials are provided to prospective clients.
