Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience
• Experience with confidential information in a professional setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email
• Conduct intake interviews and gather information for estate planning, probate, guardianship, etc.
• Create detailed intake notes for attorney review
• Enter and maintain client records in Clio
• Perform conflict checks and organize electronic files
• Schedule consultations and coordinate calendars
• Send intake forms and information to clients
• Monitor pending matters and update attorneys
• Provide front desk support as needed
