Responsibilities

• Input client data into Clio and perform conflict checks; organize electronic files.
• Schedule initial consultations and coordinate with attorneys and calendars.
• Send intake questionnaires and explain what to expect in the first consultation.
• Monitor pending cases and collaborate with attorneys to update case status.
