Responsibilities

• Lead inbound probate consultations from start to finish using a structured process.
• Qualify matters and route to an attorney when needed, scheduling or clarifying questions.
• Present flat-fee options, send engagement letters, and collect payments for standard matters.
• Maintain CRM notes, statuses, and timely follow-ups to keep the pipeline moving.
• Report weekly on calls handled, matters completed, follow-ups, revenue booked, and conversions.
