Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience overseeing client intake or related operational functions within a law firm.
• 3+ years of research experience, particularly with Intapp and Aderant.
• Proficient with database programs and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the Client Intake Department ensuring accurate processing.
• Develop and enforce client intake policies and procedures.
• Supervise client intake specialists and manage workflow.
