Jackson Lewis P.C. in New York seeks a Director of New Business Intake to lead client and matter onboarding, maintain data quality, and ensure compliance across intake workflows. You will own Intapp Open, set service standards, and drive process improvements with attorneys and business teams.

The role requires 10+ years in intake/risk management, 5+ years of leadership, and deep knowledge of conflicts, billing data, and governance. Competitive salary in the NYC metro with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in new business intake or related fields.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of intake, conflicts processes, engagement requirements, and data
• Experience with Intapp Open or similar platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute intake strategy and operating model including staffing and technology enablement.
• Governance, controls, approval processes, and escalation protocols for intake and conflicts.
• Direct end-to-end client and matter intake lifecycle from onboarding to closure.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of client, matter, and billing data.
• Lead data governance, process improvements, and vendor coordination for intake tools.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, and reporting for leadership and clients.
