Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client information in compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards.
• Schedule and confirm appointments or assessments as part of the intake process.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide clear guidance regarding next steps and available resources.
• Monitor and track intake progress to identify and resolve any delays or issues.
• Assist in preparing reports related to intake activities and client demographics for management review.
