Job summary

This on-site leadership role will manage a remote intake team and ensure a professional client experience from the first call through engagement. You will drive daily operations, quality assurance, and pipeline management, partnering with marketing and firm leadership to optimize

Qualifications

• Three years in professional services with phone-based sales or intake leadership.
• Three years of supervisory or team lead experience managing frontline employees.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Disciplined, persistent, and accountable in managing people and results.
• Comfort handling candid performance conversations and setting clear standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily intake and call center operations including staffing, coverage, and follow-up.
• Coach team members through feedback, training, and skill development.
• Set clear expectations for communication, call handling, and professionalism.
• Develop repeatable workflows to support a high-volume litigation practice.
• Address performance concerns and ensure consistent execution across the team.
• Review calls, CRM records, and reports for quality and timeliness.
• Lead collaboration with Marketing and AI tools to identify coaching opportunities.
• Guide intake from initial contact through consultation scheduling and retention.
