Fort Lauderdale law firm is seeking a Sales Manager for the Client Intake Team. You'll lead a growing group handling warm inbound inquiries, guiding conversations from first inquiry to consultation and client retention.

On-site, full-time, you will hire, train, and build processes, set targets, monitor pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and attorneys to ensure seamless handoffs and compliant, confidential handling of client information.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, intake, admissions, or client services with team leadership experience.
• Proven track record improving conversion or meeting targets through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of client intake specialists.
• Own conversion end to end from first inquiry to consultation booked to client retained.
• Listen to calls, review them with your team, and raise the quality of conversations.
• Set targets, track performance, and report on pipeline and conversion.
• Manage schedules and coverage so no inquiry goes unanswered.
• Build and refine the intake process, scripts, and follow-up cadence.
• Hire, onboard, and train new intake staff as the team scales.
• Collaborate with marketing so you know what drives inquiries.
• Ensure clean handoffs with attorneys and avoid information loss.
• Handle escalations and confidentially manage client data.
