Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Confidential law firm in Fort Lauderdale seeks an experienced Legal Intake Manager to lead a growing intake team and optimize how inquiries become clients. You will own the end-to-end conversion process from initial inquiry to client retention, coaching your staff to maintain warmth and high standards.
You will hire, train, and scale the team, monitor calls for quality, and work with marketing and attorneys to align outreach with handoffs. This role is on-site, Monday–Friday.
On-Site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $80,000–$90,000/year | Fort Lauderdale, FL
You'll lead a law firm's client intake team — the people who answer every call, form, and message from someone who's reached out about a legal matter. Your job is to make sure each of those conversations is handled well and that the right people become clients. You own the conversion number, and you hit it through your team.
This isn't outside sales or cold calling — the inquiries come to us. It's a role for someone who's already run intake at a law firm, can listen to a call and know exactly what to change, and can hold a team to a standard without losing the warmth. The team is growing, so you'll hire, train, and build the process as you go, with room to grow as the firm does.

We're a growing law firm practicing immigration, business, and estate planning law. Our clients come to us at genuine turning points in their lives, and how they're treated on that first call matters as much as the legal work that follows.
This is a confidential search, so we've kept our name off this posting. We'll share more about the firm during the interview process.
