Qualifications

• 7–10 years direct experience in a client-facing role within the digital health space.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Knowledge of the HCP NPP landscape preferred.
• Excellent customer service demeanor and communication.
• Strong management and mentorship capabilities.
• Deep understanding of media performance data.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with perseverance and patience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and pivot priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-facing SME, lead meetings and drive outcomes.
• Oversee reporting and data success for assigned client accounts and internal units.
• Partner with Haymarket business units to define success and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with clients and Analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Mentor a junior team toward center of excellence in client reporting and insights.
• Develop KPIs with business leaders to drive informed decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve analytics processes and data integration.
• Work with Data Engineering and BI Developers to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
