Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Client Technology Manager to lead the technical relationship and service delivery for assigned hedge fund clients. You will develop technology roadmaps, oversee technical initiatives, and drive high‑quality client experiences on a day‑to‑day basis.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Microsoft 365 and virtualization experience, and a customer‑first approach. This onsite, New York‑based position offers growth and a collaborative, professional environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading technical teams in a client-facing setting.
Experience managing client or customer relationships in a technical services environment.
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to guide stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID).
Experience with virtualization, networking, and security platforms; familiarity with MSP workflows.

Responsibilities

Own the technical relationship and be the primary technical contact for assigned clients.
Develop and maintain client technology roadmaps aligned with business needs and security requirements.
Provide oversight across client projects, improvements, and technology initiatives.
Identify technical debt, security gaps, and opportunities to improve stability and scalability.
Manage client escalations with clear communication and timely resolution.
Lead, coach, and develop Systems Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers.
Monitor service delivery, ticket quality, SLA performance, and client feedback to maintain standards.
Collaborate with Project Engineering and Support leadership to coordinate initiatives and improve the client experience.
