Job summary

Clasp is seeking a hands-on operations teammate to own frontline execution across customer support, employer implementations, carrier connections, ACA compliance, and other new verticals. You’ll partner with BizOps and R&D to keep the machine running and improve it as we scale.

Starting with a crash course in our core areas, you’ll become the primary lead and help hire and mentor the Operations team, scaling the Support / Implementation function.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in operations, support, implementations, or account management at a fintech/HR-tech/insurance company.
• Strong ownership and proactive issue resolution across multiple systems.
• Clear written communication with employers, partners, and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Own the support queue end to end: triage, investigate, resolve, and escalate issues.
• Onboard new employer groups, configure plans, and validate data for go-live.
• Stand up and maintain EDI and API feeds with carriers and vendors.
• Run ACA implementation and data reconciliation processes with vendors.
• Document learnings into runbooks and SOPs; drive automation where possible.
• Collaborate with BizOps and engineering to translate customer pain into product requirements.
