This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a benefits administration, TPA, or health insurance professional who understands how claims, eligibility, plan setup, vendors, brokers, and client service all connect.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in TPA operations, benefits administration, health insurance, or a closely related field.
• Previous experience managing client implementations, onboarding processes, or complex operational projects.
• Strong understanding of claims processing, eligibility, benefit plan administration, funding arrangements, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to interpret complex benefit agreements and translate requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Familiarity with ERISA, ACA, and VEBA.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, follow-up, and client service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with brokers, insurance carriers, stop-loss vendors, PBMs, or other benefits-related partners.
• Background supporting self-funded health plans or complex employee benefit plan structures.
• Experience improving implementation workflows, documentation, or operational processes.
