At Epiq, the Implementation Specialist leads new client implementations, contract changes, and internal projects, delivering tailored plans, remote or on-site training, and seamless data migration. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and own project outcomes from inception to delivery.

• Lead multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Clear documentation and collaboration across teams.
• Willingness to travel 5–10%.
• 1–2 years experience in project management or coordination.
• 1–2 years experience leading customer remote and/or on-site training programs.
• 1–2 years experience with information technology.
• Personal experience with legal services or litigation support.
• 1–2 years software experience or certification related to Relativity.
• 1–2 years software experience or certification related to eDiscovery collection, process, or review technology.
