Job summary

Epiq is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead new client implementations, contract changes, and internal projects with customized plans, training, data migration, and workflow design. You’ll collaborate with peers to ensure project success and report to the Manager, Implementation.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in project management, experience with training programs, IT, and Relativity/eDiscovery tools, and a willingness to travel 5–10% to client sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience or certification related to project management or project coordination.
• 1–2 years experience leading customer remote and/or on-site training programs.
• 1–2 years experience with information technology.
• Personal experience with legal services or litigation support.
• 1–2 years Software experience or certification related to Relativity.
• 1–2 years Software experience or certification related to eDiscovery collection, process, or review technology.
