Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience or certification related to project management or project coordination.
• 1-2 years experience leading customer remote and/or on-site training programs.
• 1-2 years experience with information technology.
• Personal experience with legal services or litigation support.
• 1-2 years Software experience or certification related to Relativity.
• 1-2 years Software experience or certification related to eDiscovery collection, process, or review technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client implementations, client contract changes, and internal or special projects.
• Develop customized implementation plans including training, data migration, workflows and processes.
• Manage client relationships and overall project management to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.
