The Sr. Project Manager of Client Services serves as a key leader in managing strategic client relationships through proactive communication, project execution, and service delivery excellence. This individual will act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned client engagements, coordinating internal resources, driving project milestones, and ensuring a consistently high‑quality client experience. Successful candidates will possess strong project management experience, exceptional relationship‑building skills, and the ability to manage demanding, high‑visibility client engagements in a fast‑paced environment. This role supports large‑scale legal services programs with significant visibility and requires strong judgment, responsiveness, and stakeholder management capabilities.
The compensation range for this role is $105,000 to $115,000 USD annually and may be eligible for a 10% annual bonus.
