Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives and owns the service delivery relationship for assigned projects.
  • Drives overall client satisfaction through effective communication, responsiveness, and coordination of client deliverables.
  • Builds trusted relationships with clients by understanding business objectives, anticipating needs, and providing consultative guidance.
  • Coordinates internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of project deliverables.

Job Summary

The Sr. Project Manager of Client Services serves as a key leader in managing strategic client relationships through proactive communication, project execution, and service delivery excellence.   • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and coordinating multiple business functions to achieve project goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Experience working with law firms, attorneys, legal departments, mass tort administration, class action administration, legal operations, or professional services organizations is preferred.
  • Advanced degree, PMP certification, JD, MBA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $105,000 to $115,000 USD annually and may be eligible for a 10% annual bonus.
