Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an HR client services professional to manage multistate HR needs for mid-size clients, delivering consultative guidance on performance, recruitment, compensation, and engagement.

Role involves remote and in-person client support, with potential EPLI setup and open enrollment activities, plus ongoing HR trend trainings and mentoring for junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves clients remotely and in person in one or more states and provides consultative guidance to resolve client issues.
• Provides consultative guidance in Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention Strategies, Compensation, and Employee Engagement.
• May support PEO clients with EPLI insurance setup with internal partners.
• May conduct open enrollment meetings for PEO clients and advise on plan selection.
• Communicates HR policies and provides recommendations for employee relations issues.
• Provides turnover analysis and unemployment escalation assistance.
• Maintains awareness of HR trends and conducts trainings.
• Mentors HR Coordinators and Associate Client HR Business Partners.
• Conducts annual HR Strategy Sessions for each client.
