Job summary

Paychex is seeking an HR Services Consultant to maintain client satisfaction and manage HR needs for a smaller client base. You will serve as the primary point of contact, offering consultative guidance across performance management, recruiting, compensation, and employee engagement.

Collaboration with internal partners ensures quality service delivery and tailored HR solutions. The role supports both remote and in-person client engagements, with opportunities to work with PEO clients on EPLI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred as a baseline
• 1-3 years of HR experience or equivalent
• Consulting and leadership experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service and client management experience
• Knowledge of HCM and related business strategies
• Familiarity with ADP TotalSource or PEO services preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve clients remotely and in-person, acting as the primary HR contact
• Provide guidance on Performance Management, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Engagement
• Assist with EPLI setup for PEO clients with internal partners
• Conduct benefits enrollment meetings and advise on plans
• Communicate HR policies and provide remedies for employee relations
• Offer turnover analysis and unemployment escalation support
• Stay updated on HR trends and conduct training
• Promote high-quality customer service to clients
