Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years HR or related customer-facing experience.
• Customer service is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and relationship management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and negotiate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients remotely and in-person, delivering consultative guidance.
• Provide guidance across Performance Management, Recruiting/Retention, Compensation, and Employee Engagement.
• Assist with EPLI insurance setup with internal partners.
• Conduct open enrollment meetings and advise on plan choices.
• Communicate HR policies and provide remedies for employee relations issues.
• Offer turnover analysis, unemployment escalation support, and HR trend updates.
