Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in HR or equivalent.
Consulting and leadership experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with HR policies and client service.

Responsibilities

Serves clients remotely and in-person and provides consultative guidance to ensure resolution of client issues.
Partners with internal departments to deliver actionable responses or plans to client concerns.
Provides guidance in Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention strategies, Compensation, and Employee Engagement.
May support PEO clients with EPLI insurance setup with the assistance of other internal partners.
May conduct open enrollment meetings for PEO clients, advising on benefit plan selection and contribution strategies.
Communicates HR policies and procedures while providing remedies for employee relations issues.
Maintains awareness of HR trends and conducts training based on available resources.
