ADP is hiring a Client Human Resources Consultant in the Greater Boston area. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, using HR experience and ADP product knowledge to solve critical business challenges.

The role requires travel to client sites and a hybrid work model; strong communication is essential to build trust and deliver excellent service. You will work with external clients and internal partners, manage diverse inquiries, and leverage top-tier training to succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and consultative approach.
• Experience in HR or client service environments preferred.
• Military experience accepted as valid background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's products/technologies.
• Provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions to clients.
• Communicate effectively to manage expectations and exceed client satisfaction.
