Earnest is seeking a Client Happiness Servicing Associate based in the United States. You will respond to client inquiries via chat, email, SMS, or phone, providing accurate information and empathetic repayment guidance.

The role involves promoting company products during servicing calls and assisting with payment arrangements while maintaining precise client records. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a tech-savvy approach

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on de-escalation and client resolution.
• Tech-savvy, MAC preferred, with ability to perform basic math for loan support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional brand ambassador by promptly responding to client inquiries via chat, email, SMS, or phone.
• Identify and promote company products to eligible customers during servicing calls.
• Assist clients with payment arrangements and commitments, explain relief options, and guide documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and educate customers on loan processes and products.
• Maintain clear and professional records in client systems and coordinate with departments for timely resolutions.
