Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years in marketing or related experience.
• Foundational knowledge of marketing tactics and campaigns.
• Knowledge of budgets and financials for client execution and growth.
• Knowledge of multi-channel media (print, digital, social, SEO).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for client questions and requests and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with disciplines across the organization to fulfill client requests.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow client business and SA's business.
• Review dashboards and data to derive insights and propose actions.
• Build presentation decks and present marketing research, plans, and executions.
• Manage client billing with understanding of financial impact to SA.
