Job summary

NJI is seeking a strategic client leader with deep agency experience in communications, marketing, and policy to guide high-impact assignments in the DMV region. You will build trusted client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and translate complex challenges into clear strategies and exceptional work.

This role requires frequent weekly in-office presence with a hybrid schedule; you will mentor client services leaders, align objectives, budgets, and delivery, and identify opportunities

Qualifications

• Agency experience in client services or account management.
• Ability to lead complex client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and competing priorities.
• Understanding of the U.S. political, policy, communications, and marketing landscape.
