Job summary

Virteva | A Crossfuze Company seeks a Client Director to build and sustain strategic customer partnerships, oversee service delivery, and drive growth within assigned accounts in Minneapolis.

Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand customer priorities, monitor performance, and identify opportunities that deliver meaningful business value. This hybrid role is based at Minnetonka, MN.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales, relationship, and/or project management experience.
• 5+ years of IT Managed Services experience or IT management experience.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at multiple levels and articulate business value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as voice of the customer within Virteva and represent Virteva with assigned customers.
• Provide project oversight and management within accounts and onboarding.
• Monitor SLA compliance, client satisfaction, and service targets; report on attainment and identify improvements.
