You will manage appointments, patient flow, and phones, processing payments and providing information about our services with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach.

The role requires 1+ years in customer service or front-desk work, veterinary or healthcare experience preferred, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience required.
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system and assist in person.
