Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver a high-quality client experience by processing transactions and advising customers on digital banking tools. You will support the sales process with outbound calls and help with Integrated Relationship Management initiatives.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years in teller or client service roles and 6 months in relationship-building or sales.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years teller or cash handling or client service experience, six months of client relationship building or sales experience, and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to operate PCs and branch software, and multi-task under time constraints.
• Preferred qualifications include one year of client relationship building or sales experience, knowledge of branch transactions and risk management, and experience with client prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound outreach and IRM activities; refer clients to appropriate team members.
