Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our On-site branch in Atascadero, CA. You will perform accurate teller transactions, balance drawers, and actively identify client needs while offering bank products and services.

With guidance from leadership, you will uphold Breakthrough Client Service Standards, deepen product knowledge, and support branch referral goals. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive relationship building.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers, words, and verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking activities.
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate bank products and services.
• Maintain compliance with Columbia Bank procedures and banking regulations.
