Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a friendly Teller to serve clients at our Lansdale branch, 1804 North Broad Street. You will welcome new and existing customers, process account transactions, and resolve servicing issues with courtesy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Experience in a client service role.
• Experienced in cash handling.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service at the branch.
• Process teller transactions and assist with servicing needs.
• Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and refer to a Banker.
• Follow compliance, audit and security procedures.
